Lead Patient Access Tech - GPPN Registration

Analyze patient demographic information to clarify data for other users, perform audits of documents from the Hospital Information System and Document Imaging System, and follow up with hospital staff as needed. Work with case management to resolve insurance coverage issues and interpret insurance information and cards. Pre-register and register patients, correct or update database entries for changes in status, transfers, newborn admissions, and discharges, and manage downtime procedures for hospital systems. Complete patient financial screenings to facilitate needs and reimbursement, and participate in staff evaluations. After six months, maintain a minimum 96% accuracy rate.
