Job Summary
Lead registration and financial counseling staff by serving as a department resource under supervisory direction. Demonstrate outstanding communication and teamwork skills while managing insurance verification, collections, and billing. Exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality when working with patients, guarantors, physicians, and insurance companies. Utilize Microsoft Office and various software programs to support daily operations. Requires two years of experience in a medical registration or financial counseling setting, with a college degree or evidence of continuing education preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
