Lead Pastor of Missions (One Church Team)

Lead Pastor of Missions provides visionary leadership, strategic direction, and pastoral oversight for local, national, and global outreach efforts. Responsible for cultivating missional living across Pinelake Church, mobilizing people into impactful groups and service opportunities, and stewarding partnerships that advance the church’s mission and strengthen the discipleship pathway. Duties include vision and strategy development, leading and developing missions staff and volunteers, congregational mobilization, managing partnerships and global engagement, pastoral care for missionaries and teams, and overseeing the missions budget and impact metrics. Requires a bachelor’s degree minimum with theology credentials preferred, and substantial experience in church leadership and mission work.
