Job Summary
Lead Pastor sought for First Alliance Church in suburban Lexington, KY, to provide spiritual, pastoral, and strategic leadership; primary preaching/teaching role; shepherding care;vision casting and strategic direction; staff empowerment and development; and leadership for outreach, missions, and discipleship within a growing, multigenerational church. The role emphasizes a mature, Spirit-empowered leadership style, alignment with CMA doctrine and polity, and ongoing development of leaders and organizational health.
Required Qualifications
- Significant pastoral leadership experience in a local church
- Experience preaching and teaching in a congregational setting
- Experience leading staff, ministry teams, or key leaders
- Experience in a growing, multi-generational church preferred
- Experience working with boards, elders, or governing leadership teams preferred

Desired Qualifications
- Graduate-level theological education preferred (M.Div., M.A. in Theology/Ministry, or equivalent)

- Demonstrated ability to preach, teach, and apply Scripture with depth and clarity
- Commitment to ongoing theological, pastoral, and leadership development
