Lead Parts Specialist oversees the parts department operations, manages stock position, assists the Parts Manager and Supervisors, trains teammates, and drives inventory accuracy. The role involves learning the Styeline system, processing warranty returns with vendors, improving stock processes, coaching and developing staff, coordinating meetings, and ensuring safety, organization, and timely completion of tasks. Key skills include inventory management, strong math, Excel and Outlook proficiency, effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work 8+ hours with potential overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Detail oriented
- Ability to bend, twist, pull & push
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand & walk 8+ hours
- Willingness to get dirty and work with chemicals
- Ability to work with hands and tools (own tools preferred)
- Strong math skills and Excel/Outlook proficiency
- Good communication and teamwork
- Willingness for overtime
- Self-starting and proactive attitude
- Adhere to safety rules and maintain attendance
