Job Summary

Coordinate daily parts room activities, including receiving, issuing, organizing, and maintaining MRO materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely updates within the CMMS/EAM system. Lead cycle counts and audits to research discrepancies, monitor critical spare parts availability, and review purchase orders for compliance. Guide staff on standard procedures, train employees on system transactions, and draft work instructions to improve process consistency. Partner with maintenance and production planning to support preventive maintenance through kitting and staging, while coordinating vendor documentation with purchasing and accounts payable. Identify process enhancements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency across storeroom operations.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read and interpret part descriptions, equipment information, specifications, and basic technical documentation
  • At least 2-3 years of lead or senior-level experience in a parts room, inventory, warehouse, maintenance, or manufacturing support environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered)
  • Bilingual or biliterate in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with CMMS/EAM system, inventory transactions, work orders, purchase requisitions, or similar maintenance support systems
  • Prior forklift driving experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to operate company vehicles
