Job Summary
Own Dave's portfolio of data and risk partners across fraud, identity, open banking, bank connectivity, and credit bureaus. Translate product objectives and risk models into a clear partner roadmap, sequencing renewals and evaluations to support responsible growth. Evaluate new partners against commercial fit, data quality, risk impact, compliance, and cost, then build scorecards to hold them accountable for service levels and outcomes. Run partnerships end to end, from sourcing and diligence through negotiation, contracting, and post-launch performance. Lead governance, renewal strategy, and issue escalation across critical third-party relationships while building relationships with senior leaders at data providers and banks.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in fintech partnerships or product strategy (digital banking/lending)
- Strong product sense
- Sharp commercial and analytical instincts
- Ability to negotiate and manage complex partner relationships from diligence through launch and into ongoing performance
- Ability to lead well across Product, Engineering, Risk, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations
- Ability to write and speak clearly enough to move senior stakeholders and make hard tradeoffs simple
- Good judgment around member experience, regulatory sensitivity, and operational risk
- Bias toward action and high ownership
- Ability to run several complex initiatives at once
- Ability to work virtually in the United States, except Hawaii
Desired Qualifications
- Experience pointing to partner or vendor choices that moved real product outcomes: approval rates, conversion, member experience, or roadmap speed
- Experience in business cases, financial models, and the unit economics behind a partnership
