Job Summary
Lead/Senior Lead role based in Agoda’s Bangkok HQ, focused on designing, developing and scaling new programs globally. Responsibilities include providing strategic planning support across markets, ensuring portfolio growth and performance, collaborating with product and tech to develop new features and automate processes, and driving Go-To-Market strategies. The role involves managing stakeholders across finance, tax/legal, pricing, partner services, and other teams; enhancing reporting for senior leadership; conducting research and presenting findings to auditors and leadership; coordinating with local country teams to grow the portfolio; and initiating new ideas with data-driven concepts. Relocation support is provided, and the role offers opportunities for advancement within a multinational team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in top tier consulting firms, international tech companies, fast growing internet / tech startups
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university with a quantitative, finance or engineering degree
- MBA from a top school is preferred
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, advanced Excel skills
- Proven track record in Consulting Projects / Project Management / Business Planning, business or financial analysis
- Proven track record in using data analysis, data insights and experimentation to support business decisions
- Intellectual curiosity, ability to learn fast
- A team player who work well with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment
