Job Summary
Lead Ambassador will assist the Program Manager with facilities maintenance and operating systems, lead and mentor a small team of Parking Ambassadors, and oversee duties including customer service, parking enforcement, lot counts, and equipment maintenance. Requires the ability to supervise, strong communication skills, and a valid Arkansas Driver's License; education includes a High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of experience (including 2 years supervisory). The role reports to the Program Manager and is based in Little Rock with in-person duties for campus operations.
