Job Summary
Performs maintenance, groundskeeping, and basic construction tasks. Oversees daily tasks for seasonal/variable park attendants and full-time Park Technicians; operates various tools and equipment; performs routine facility inspections and repairs, basic carpentry, lighting and plumbing tasks, and basic groundskeeping including tree trimming, fertilization, and herbicide/pesticide application; may inspect and maintain water-related facilities and perform snow removal; requires collaboration with park management and adherence to safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school or trade or vocational school (12th school grade) or possession of a GED certificate
- two (2) or more years of related experience
- or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
