Job Summary
Support corporate, transactional, tax, and estate planning matters with day-to-day paralegal support; draft legal documents, pleadings, and case materials; manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and document management systems; assist with discovery, filings, trial preparation, and legal research; communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and outside advisors; prepare corporate governance documents, assist with transactional closings and post-closing binders; support estate planning matters including trusts, deeds, powers of attorney, and ownership transfers; oversee daily administrative operations of the Dallas office; coordinate scheduling, meetings, and legal workflow; assist with billing coordination and process improvements; act as liaison between the Texas office and firm leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Paralegal or legal operations experience preferred
- Experience supporting corporate, transactional, tax, estate planning, or litigation matters valued
- Strong organizational, communication, multitasking skills
