Job Summary
Lead Palliative Care Physician with a board-certified background in Hospice and Palliative Medicine sought for a full-time role in Mississippi. Responsibilities include delivering palliative care via home visits, tele-health, and supervising APPs; managing symptoms and complex medication plans; coordinating referrals; educating care teams; and tracking clinical and financial outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Fellowship training and/or BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine

- Comfort with care discussions, advanced care planning, symptom management, complex medication panels
- Experience with care coordination and referrals
- Ability to drive within the Jackson, MS area as needed
