Job Summary
Own the job site from start to finish by leading and managing painters, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring SOPs are followed. Review project scope and work orders before job start, then ensure proper prep, application, and finishing techniques meet Fresh Coat quality standards. Perform final walkthroughs, serve as the on-site point of contact for customers, and track crew hours and productivity. Report change orders, scope changes, or issues promptly to support job costing accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site while taking required job photos and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of professional painting experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time, people, and materials effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work at heights and in varying environmental conditions
- Ability to safely handle tools, ladders, and painting equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience leading crews
- Prior residential or commercial painting experience
- Familiarity with PCA standards or professional trade experience
- Experience working in customer-occupied homes or commercial spaces
