Lead Painter/Drywall Finisher

Lead Painter/Drywall Finisher responsible for preparing, painting, refinishing, and maintaining interior and exterior surfaces across our campus including resident apartments, healthcare areas, offices, and community spaces. Lead painting projects and coordinate with internal staff and contractors; perform surface preparation (patching, sanding, taping, priming, sealing); apply paint, stains, and coatings using industry best practices; maintain a clean, safe work environment; accurately document work in our computer systems and communicate updates; ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project completion; provide excellent customer service to residents and team members. Requirements include a high school degree and 5+ years of relevant experience with lead or supervisory experience preferred; proficiency in residential/commercial painting techniques and safety standards; strong organizational and communication skills; basic computer skills; and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. Kendal at Hanover offers a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits, with pay range $25.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on experience.
