Job Summary
Lead Packaging Agent on 2nd shift at Cresco Labs/Sunnyside responsible for leading a packaging team, measuring, packaging and labeling products, creating PWOs and manifests, printing compliance labels, and ensuring quality and compliance. Duties include operating/troubleshooting packaging automation, maintaining a sanitary work environment, coordinating with management, and assisting other departments as needed. Role requires leadership skills, 1–3 years of hands-on factory/production experience, strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–12:30am; salary range $21.25–$23/hour equivalent annualized to $44,200–$47,840 per year; must be 21+, able to work in the US without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Lead or people management experience preferred (1–3 years) in a factory/production or manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills
- Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and POS applications a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive actions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
