Lead Package Handler - Ontario Hub

Oversee offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution while enforcing safety protocols, including dock, conveyor, and lockout/tagout procedures. Train and guide Package Handlers with hands-on demonstrations and ongoing performance feedback to support business metrics. Monitor equipment functionality, submit maintenance requests, and manage damaged freight. Check in/out third-party drivers, verify credentials, and ensure proper documentation and manifest accuracy. Prevent package damage and avoid misroutes through rigorous inspection processes. This role supports the team at OnTrac, the leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses.
