Job Summary
Lead P&O Business Partner/Sr. HR Business Partner provides HR leadership in partnership with site/function leaders. Responsible for implementing strategic HR initiatives across Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Change Management and Compensation/Benefits; leads recruitment for mid-to-lower level Professional/Managerial positions and Administrative/Clerical/Maintenance/Warehouse roles; develops retention strategies, ensures legal compliance, payroll, communications, orientation and training, and may perform additional HR duties as needed. Partners with business leaders to guide HR strategy, drives change management, establishes robust recruitment processes, administers employee and labor relations programs, delivers training and development for management and workforce, coaches managers and employees, coordinates employee recognition, conducts exit interviews with data-driven recommendations, shapes local employee relations strategy, analyzes HR data for business cases and regulatory compliance, and travels as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Social Sciences and a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
