Lead Outreach Coordinator (51486)

Lead Outreach Coordinator responsible for designing and executing the recruitment strategy, building and maintaining referral networks with community partners and stakeholders, and leading outreach efforts to promote WestCare Kentucky services. Duties include managing referral databases, coordinating events and meetings, sourcing treatment candidates via social channels and direct outreach, evaluating stakeholder knowledge and barriers to referrals, producing analytical recruitment reports for leadership, developing marketing materials, and serving as a primary contact for program presentations. Requires strong communication, stakeholder management, data tracking, and collaboration across teams; willingness to travel and work off-site and in office settings.
