Lead Outpatient Therapist - PMHC Biloxi, MS

Job Summary
Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions while providing tele-med assistance as an originating site. Supervise outpatient therapists through bi-weekly sessions, approve time-sheets, and perform monthly chart audits. Establish comprehensive therapeutic relationships with youth and families, acting as a liaison for guardians and coordinating aftercare plans. Complete initial treatment plans within 24 hours of admission, document sessions, and generate discharge summaries. Lead community outreach efforts including at least 12 annual events and conduct statistical reporting for regulatory agencies. Maintain licensure, attend training, and ensure staff adherence to organizational policies and state guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field
- Mississippi professional license in mental health field is required (LPC or LCSW)
- Minimum of two-years of the experience must be in working with families and youth
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in outpatient or residential services preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
