Lead Outpatient Social Worker

Supervise other social workers and evaluate mental health diagnoses to create, implement, and maintain treatment plans. Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy. Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week while providing excellent customer service and collaborating with case managers, families, and medical personnel. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals and prepare individual session documentation per guidelines. Coordinate services with school staff and attend all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
