Lead Order Entry Specialist

Job Summary
Lead and direct the order entry team to accurately review and enter domestic and international orders, including highly customized projects and customer repairs. Act as the point of contact for commercial questions, resolve pricing and documentation issues, review INCOTERMS, ensure export compliance screening, and collaborate with customers and sales to obtain complete information. Manage ERP data entry within 24 hours of order acceptance, oversee pricing approvals and special certificates, and drive continuous improvement of order-entry processes to meet department KPIs. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
- minimum of two years relevant experience
- minimum 2-5 years of relevant customer service experience
- strong computer skills
- excellent data entry
- written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work overtime and weekends occasionally
- ability to follow process
- strong multitasking and judgment
