Job Summary
Lead the Supply Chain Management workstream for an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation in Tunisia, owning end-to-end functional solution design, delivery, and governance of SCM modules including Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing. Drive requirements gathering, design sign-offs, and adoption of Oracle best practices while limiting customizations across design, build, test, cutover, and post-go-live phases. Serve as the primary SCM point of contact for business leaders and implementation partners, leading and mentoring functional consultants, coordinating dependencies with Finance and Technical teams, and resolving escalations. Own the SCM testing strategy, master and transactional data migration validation, and support cutover planning and production go-live execution. Fluency in French and Arabic is required for workshops, testing, and training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Information Systems
- 7–12+ years of experience in Oracle SCM implementations
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules
- Experience leading at least one Oracle Cloud ERP implementation as SCM Lead
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Proven experience leading functional teams and business stakeholders
- French – Fluent
- Arabic – Fluent
- English – Professional working proficiency
