Job Summary
Lead Operator Manufacturing role focusing on ensuring adherence to production plans and efficient production line outputs. Responsible for compliance with internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS), budgeting and resource allocation, and supervising front-end manufacturing processes. Key duties include preparation and processing of wafers/components/semi-products to specifications and quality standards, basic machine setup and CNC/SPS programming if required, collaboration with maintenance or external service providers for repairs, and leading a work group to ensure proper execution of steps in the process. Required Qualifications
- Ensuring compliance with production plans and safety rules/EHS regulations
- Planning or contributing to unit's budget, allocating resources, and managing cost
- Executing, supervising or managing manufacturing front-end processes per procedures
- Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitoring related hand-stock
- Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards
- Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC/SPS-programming if required
- Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers for repairs
- Leads work group members and ensures proper execution of assigned steps in the process
- Willingness to work in a cross-functional and cross-border environment
- Ability to operate in a target-driven manufacturing setting
