Job Summary
Lead Operator at Inframark overseeing daily activities of Operators and maintaining water/wastewater treatment facilities. Responsible for solving complex operations problems, ensuring SOP adherence, and complying with DOT/OSHA requirements. Interacts with the Operations Manager and contract laboratories, trains employees on plant operations and safe practices, and provides technical direction. Requires a water/wastewater license and 5-7 years of relevant experience; CDL preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of process control measures, OSHA/DOT regulations, and SOPs are essential. Includes leadership responsibilities such as delegating, coaching, and maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Water/Wastewater license required
- High School Diploma or GED and 5-7 years water/wastewater experience
- Valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred)
- Water/Wastewater Operator’s License specific to state and site-specific requirements
- Other licenses may vary according to specific site and assignments
