Job Summary
Lead Operator role in automotive injection-molding production. Responsible for operating injection machines and assembly stations, meeting hourly production quotas, documenting daily production, and maintaining quality standards in a Just-in-time environment. Ability to cross-train across multiple areas and train FTMs in the absence of the Leader Tech. Follows Kanban system, maintains 5S in assigned areas, and adheres to Health and Safety guidelines. Shift premiums and a compensation package are in place; role is on-site in Palmerston or Stratford, Ontario, and paid hourly with overtime after 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- able to bend, reach, lift and meet physical requirements
- experience in manufacturing/production environment preferred
