Job Summary
Support internal communications programs by coordinating drafting, editing, executive response planning, and ensuring topics are handled with appropriate judgment. Manage measurement and reporting across social, owned channels, and media while learning new tools and workflows. Explore and deploy AI tools to improve productivity in planning, research, and execution. Oversee operational work including planning, budgeting, reporting, and executive updates while identifying gaps to improve team processes. Stay informed on technology and media trends to bring context to the Communications organization. This role reports to the VP of Communications and requires 7+ years of experience in operations or communications.

- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
- 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, program management, executive support, consulting, communications, or a related field
- Experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, solve operational problems, and build scalable ways of working
- Experience working with business, media, social, measurement, internal communications, or operational reporting workflows
- Expect our team members to work in an office 4+ days per week
