Job Summary
Coordinate internal communications programs by drafting, editing, and managing executive response planning while ensuring appropriate judgment on sensitive topics. Oversee operational work spanning planning, budgeting, reporting, and material creation, identifying gaps to improve workflows and deploy new AI tools for enhanced productivity. Support the VP of Communications with daily needs, including calendar management and cross-functional initiative leadership. Manage measurement and reporting across social, owned channels, and media programs. This role requires 7+ years of experience in operations or communications and reports to the VP of Communications. The position is based in Snap's office, requiring attendance 4+ days per week.

- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
- 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, program management, executive support, consulting, communications, or a related field
- Experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, solve operational problems, and build scalable ways of working
- Experience working with business, media, social, measurement, internal communications, or operational reporting workflows
- Must be able to work in an office 4+ days per week
