Job Summary
Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to assign duties, then establish procedures to meet production schedules. Supervise production workers performing tasks such as loading equipment, marking floors, setting up service areas, hanging signs, and managing the boneyard. Produce labor budgets, estimate worker hours, and maintain time and production records while ensuring all equipment is returned or tagged for repairs. Estimate and requisition materials, maintain an orderly boneyard, and communicate with the Account Executive regarding operational problems. Plan daily schedules, assign standby labor, and ensure consistent job costs. Requires 3+ years of trade show or warehouse operations experience and the ability to produce shows at the 1000–1500 booth level. Full-time in-office or show-site schedule based in Orlando, FL, with up to 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of trade show, warehouse operations and/or related experience
- Understanding with: Office software applications including but not limited to email, Microsoft Word, Excel, TSS and Concierge Elite
- Must have ability to complete online reports, printing, posting, running inquiries and data entry
- Produce trade shows on the 1000 – 1500 booth level
- Travel up to 25%
