Job Summary
Build and maintain operational datasets tracking technical skills, staffing, and capacity across the global organization. Use AI-powered business tools to analyze resourcing and skill gaps, delivering actionable reports for leadership while creating scalable analytics that automate reporting and improve forecasting accuracy. Serve as a key interface across Operations, HR, Finance, and program leads to gather, validate, and synthesize data from diverse sources, preparing concise presentations for senior global leaders. Work with global teams to ensure data quality and support high-priority business decisions within a growing Silicon organization of 400+ people.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of basic data structures and storage techniques
- Able to build and organize datasets for analysis
- Experience using AI-powered business tools for reporting, forecasting, or scenario modeling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working across regions and with global stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics or an equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of related experience
- Experience in a growing, matrixed, or global organization
- Familiarity with dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- AI savvy and able to build automation using AI tools
- Must be able to travel 10% of the time
- Must work 1st Shift/Days
