Lead Operational Support Technician

Lead Operational Support Technician to supervise an Operations Support Team in a cGMP manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include on-the-floor support for manufacturing, controlled cleaning of laboratories and clean rooms, waste disposal, timely transfer of materials into the facility, maintaining GMP logbooks, ordering PPE and Kanban materials, coordinating with contractors and Supply Chain to maintain stock, ensuring all team members are trained and their training records signed off, and performing other tasks as required by the Senior Operational Support Technician. Strong line-management experience, hands-on cGMP cleanroom exposure, health and safety knowledge, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel are essential. Exceptional communication, organizational, and planning abilities are needed, with adaptability to changing priorities.
