Job Summary
Lead mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance operations with minimal supervision, including troubleshooting building systems, executing preventative maintenance programs, and managing the CMMS work order system. Perform assigned tasks such as painting, pressure washing, lighting repairs, plumbing, and general maintenance while supporting the Chief Engineer and responding to on-call or emergency situations. Troubleshoot electrical, DDC, and pneumatic controls, comply with safety procedures, and participate in ongoing technical and operational training. Requires 3-5 years of experience in repair or maintenance, trade school education, and valid driver's license. Monday through Friday schedule with rotating on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or (and) carpentry
- Leadership/supervisory experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid Driver license
- Monday To Friday with a rotating on-call schedule
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirable
- Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance)
