Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance and service calls with customers while supporting onsite technicians to ensure work completes safely and on time. Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and mechanical systems including heating, ventilation, pumps, fans, boilers, chillers, refrigeration, sterilizers, and cage washers. Maintain required trade licenses, EPA Section 608 certifications, and comply with all safety regulations and procedures. Provide professional customer service and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime and weekend availability as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
- Clean driving record
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions while safely performing commercial HVAC maintenance and repairs
- Work overtime and weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service and maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC and mechanical systems
- Building Management System (BMS) or Building Automation experience
