Job Summary
Develop and own the annual offline marketing roadmap across regions, proactively identifying market opportunities rather than reacting to branch requests. Design funnel-based initiatives including local brand visibility, association partnerships, knowledge seminars, and high-intent relationship events for Top, Mid, and Bottom funnel stages. Lead and mentor branch-level coordinators by providing clear briefs, event frameworks, and success metrics while reviewing execution plans to ensure alignment with central brand objectives. Allocate regional budgets, monitor ROI, and establish compliance protocols inspired by healthcare event discipline to maintain audit-ready processes. Focus on strategy, structure, and measurable funnel impact rather than last-mile logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduation
- 5–8 years of experience in offline marketing, regional marketing, or event-led demand generation
- Planning and executing multi-city offline marketing calendars
- Designing and driving seminars, association tie-ups, knowledge sessions, and curated engagement events
- Coordinating with regional/branch sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets
- Managing branch-level coordinators or vendors for on-ground execution
- Working with professional audiences (doctors, HNIs, consultants, business owners, etc.)
- Budget planning and monitoring for offline campaigns (₹50L–₹2Cr annual regional budget range, where applicable)
- Tracking event performance through lead quality, pipeline creation, and conversion contribution
- Vendor empanelment, negotiation frameworks, and cost optimization
- Creating SOPs, templates, and repeatable marketing formats across locations
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-profile attendees
- Excellent coordination, communication, and vendor management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive client information
- Willingness to travel as per event requirements
