Coordinate weekly work assignments for the floorcare team, train employees, and monitor staff performance while ensuring compliance with company policies. Perform specialized floorcare services including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning in office and guest facilities. Maintain facility appearance through window washing, upholstery cleaning, light fixture maintenance, and power washing entrances. Report facility and team updates to the supervisor, manage equipment issues, and complete other assigned duties as needed. High school diploma required.
