Job Summary
Lead and develop the local marketing team while steering all disciplines including digital, product, data, and events. Steer annual plans and priorities, developing customer segment strategies in collaboration with Sales and Product Management. Drive Salesforce adoption, optimize Cost of Sales, and increase share of wallet across segments. Coordinate and execute marketing projects, translating global crop strategies into local implementation with full budget ownership. Monitor commercial KPIs such as digital engagement and brand awareness to support sales excellence. This full-time role is based in Eskişehir for a candidate residing in or relocating to Türkiye.
Required Qualifications
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Eskişehir
- Academic degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Several years of marketing experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and resources
- Demonstrated experience in driving change and continuous improvement initiatives within an organization
- Experience building complex, omni-channel marketing ecosystems
- Strong background in performance marketing
- Strong background in COS-driven channel management
- Hands-on experience with CRM and customer journey management
- Fluent in Turkish and English (both written and spoken)
- Proven ability to work effectively at the intersection of Marketing, Business, and IT
- Strong communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong networking skills
- Highly analytical mindset
- Strong drive toward economic and performance results
- Skilled across digital and traditional marketing channels
- Familiarity with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies
- Valid B class driver's license
- No travel restrictions within Türkiye and internationally
