Job Summary
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team functions, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery and celebrate patient victories. Requires current licensure, CPR certification, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least three years of clinical or leadership experience. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role
