Job Summary
Lead Nutrition Sales Consultant in-store role responsible for actively engaging customers and their dogs, delivering personalized meal, treat, supplement, and product recommendations, applying pet nutrition knowledge to influence pet parents, maintaining customer relationships with quality follow-up, and coaching a Consultant team to execute these responsibilities. The role includes leading merchandising, stock management, and front-end POS duties, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and communicating insights to management to help meet store targets.
Required Qualifications
- Retail or consultative sales experience; pet supply category experience a plus
- Leadership, training and coaching experience
