Job Summary
Lead Nutrition Sales Consultant responsible for in-store nutrition consultations, providing personalized meal, treat, and supplement recommendations, applying pet nutrition and JFFD product knowledge, building and maintaining customer relationships, coaching and leading the Consultant team, and leading merchandising, stock, and POS duties while ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures; communicates insights to management to help achieve store targets.
Required Qualifications
- Retail or consultative sales experience; pet supply category experience a plus
- Leadership, training and coaching experience
- Drive to meet and exceed targets/goals
- Passionate and motivated to make a difference in the health and lives of dogs and cats
