Lead Nurse RN - Full Time

Develop and maintain community relationships with current and future referral sources through direct interaction and education of medical communities on services and patient eligibility. Provide direct patient care and coordinate holistic wound care through assessment, team collaboration, and evidence-based planning. Establish weekly contacts with host facilities' administration and medical staff while ensuring adherence to regulatory and accrediting standards. Actively participate in Quality Management measures, develop patient-specific wound care plans, and communicate lab and diagnostic results to providers and patients. Ensure staff competency in core clinical skills, maintain accurate documentation, and recommend process flow changes to improve facility utilization.
