Job Summary
Lead Registered Nurse to oversee Restore’s medical operations within the studio, serving as clinical expert and business driver. Deliver advanced nursing care and guidance, administer IV drips and injections, and provide prescriptive recommendations aligned with client wellness goals. Train and support RNs and front desk staff on clinical operations, ensure strict compliance with medical, safety, and regulatory standards, and drive medical department revenue through sustainable service excellence. Collaborate with the GM to implement activations and meet studio goals, monitor medical KPIs, manage scheduling and staffing for medical coverage, and mentor a high-performance nursing team to deliver safe, effective care.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (licensure required)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)
- Minimum 1 year administering IV/injections
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to compliance and continuous learning
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
