Job Summary
Manage nursing staff in technical operations of the clinical research department, including interviewing, selection, performance management, coaching, and separations. Approve salary administration, hiring, corrective actions, and terminations while reviewing time records, expense reports, and leave requests. Serve as a technical consultant for study conduction workflows, overseeing clinic operations to ensure data integrity and quality. Prepare weekly-to-monthly scheduling and study assignments, ensuring staff accountability in duty execution. Lead departmental meetings and participate in projects as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree, Czechnia nursing registration, English fluency, and leadership experience. Full-time, on-site role with frequent domestic and international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Registered as a Nurse in Czechnia with no limitation to practise
- Fluency in the English language
- Nursing experience with some leadership or mentorship exposure
- Attention to details with solid organizational skills
- Fundamental understanding of early phase clinical trials, with detailed ability to understand study protocols and translate requirements into procedural tasks for conduction
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking
- Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
- Standing for full shift
- Will work with hazardous/toxic materials
- Frequently drives to site locations
- Frequently travels both domestic and international
