Job Summary
Facilitate activities for kids and teens during weekend birthday parties, including ninja warrior-style challenges, obstacle courses, and agility drills. Maintain a safe, engaging, and fun environment while leading and supporting junior staff. Demonstrate enthusiasm and encouragement to guests, remaining positive and calm throughout events. This role requires at least five weekend days monthly, with experience coaching children ages 2-13 and a background in ninja warrior training or obstacle racing. Based at Chelsea Piers in New York, New York.

- A minimum of one year of experience coaching/instructing/working with children between the ages of 2-13 and/or young adults
- Experience as a coach, athlete, or participant in ninja warrior training, obstacle course racing, parkour, or gymnastics
- Excellent customer service skills
- A positive attitude
- A strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times
- An outgoing, energetic personality
- Enjoy working in a team environment
