Lead Nightshift Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage a small team of managers overnight to deliver all replenishment activities ready for customers the following morning. Plan for upcoming key trading activities and events by collaborating with store leadership. Oversee people management routines, including pay, scheduling, training, and handling performance, absence, and disciplinary matters. Take full accountability for the store overnight, role modelling high standards, efficiency, and the health and safety of all colleagues. Work full-time hours across four nights (22:00 – 08:00) with a £4,500 shift premium. You must be adaptable to the physical and mental impact of nightshift patterns, confident managing alone without senior leadership, and skilled at improving KPIs like sales, stock availability, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- A track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences across complex operations
- Proven success in delivering and improving KPIs
- Experience managing sensitive and complex people matters, including performance, absence, and formal employee relations cases
- Leadership experience in an operational environment
- Can evidence leading change
