Job Summary
Install, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems for residential and commercial new construction projects while leading your crew on-site. Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to Project Managers and Superintendents, ensuring all work complies with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Maintain tools, materials, and service vehicles, documenting all work including change orders and time tickets. Participate in on-call rotation as needed. You must be a licensed Journeyman or Master plumber in Arkansas with 3+ years of experience, holding a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Plumber – Journeyman or Master (State of Arkansas)
- 3+ years of experience in plumbing service and installations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
- Familiarity with water heaters, filtration systems, and fixture installs
- Skilled in using tools, equipment, and digital technologies
- Team-oriented with solid communication and listening skills
- Safety-first mindset and ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Willingness to mentor and support plumbing apprentices in a positive environment
