Job Summary
Design, deploy, and optimize Palo Alto and Fortinet firewall environments, including SD-WAN, Panorama, and Azure cloud security solutions. Administer centralized policy management, troubleshoot complex routing and connectivity issues, and lead data center migration initiatives with minimal operational risk. Provide L3 support for critical security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and execute change management plans during maintenance windows. Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and high-level designs while mentoring L1/L2 engineers. Ensure compliance, governance, and continuous improvement across enterprise network security operations.
