Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer to drive the design and implementation of platform services, infrastructure automation, and development tooling using .NET and Azure. Define architectural patterns for cloud-native development, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code; mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and align platform strategy with business priorities. Role emphasizes hands-on leadership, improving developer productivity, platform resilience, and operational efficiency, while advancing DevOps practices, automation, observability, and the potential adoption of AI/ML capabilities to enhance developer experience and platform efficiency. Hybrid work arrangement based in Kraków, Poland; candidates should be capable of contributing across cloud-native, distributed systems at scale in a legal-tech context.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience
- strong expertise in C# and .NET
- Deep experience with Microsoft Azure (networking, compute, identity, automation)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)
- CI/CD automation
- Knowledge of containers and Kubernetes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical projects
- Preferred: experience implementing AI/ML tools within developer platforms or infrastructure
