Lead Navigator Day/Night Shifts

Job Summary
Conduct outreach, engagement, and case management for individuals experiencing homelessness to assist them in ending homelessness and accessing community-based services. Coordinate and monitor Residential Behavioral Health Agency and non-RBHA services, facilitating delivery through wrap-around supportive care. Serve as a mentor to Navigator II staff, guiding them through onboarding and program requirements while acting as a nexus for care coordination with community providers. Master processes including coordinated entry, housing referrals, leasing, and discharge within a multi-disciplinary team. This seasonal role runs from May to October, offering competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical coverage, and 401K matching.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Current AZ Driver's License
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card, site specific
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures
- in recovery from AOD use and/or GMH for an appropriate period (greater than or equal to 1 year)
- at least 90 days experience as a Navigator or Peer Support Specialist
Desired Qualifications
- Associates Degree (or higher) in a field related to behavioral health
- 1-3 years of full-time Health Care related work experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations
