Lead Nail Technician

Job Summary
Lead Nail Technician delivers high-quality manicure, pedicure, nail enhancements, and nail art while providing day-to-day leadership and support to the nail services team. Responsibilities include supervising staff, driving department revenue through upselling and optimal appointment utilization, ensuring smooth daily operations, overseeing retail presentation and inventory, leading training on nail treatments and product lines, coaching and mentoring technicians, and assisting with recruitment, scheduling, and staffing to maintain exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cosmetology or Nail Technician license required
- Minimum 2 years of professional nail services experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality environment
- Proficiency in a full range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, gel, and nail art
- Strong guest service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in a high-volume, customer service-focused environment preferred
- Experience with Point of Sale systems; Book4Time knowledge highly desirable
- Comfortable answering phones and managing guest inquiries in a professional manner
- Computer literate with proficient typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook mail and calendar, Word, Excel)
- Spa or salon experience a plus
