Lead MRI Technologist

Lead MRI Technologist responsible for maintaining modality workflow, supervising staff, ensuring high-quality MRI images, and mentoring fellow MR Techs. Leads protocol implementation, participates in PI/process improvement, coordinates with the Chief Tech, and oversees onboarding and competency assessments. Performs advanced MRI procedures (e.g., Cardiac MRI, Brain Perfusions), optimizes patient dosing, ensures patient safety and privacy, and supports department leadership in achieving quality and operational goals. Demonstrates leadership in imaging, education, and cross-functional collaboration while delivering compassionate patient care.
