Job Summary
Lead MRI Radiographer based at a Brighton diagnostic centre with responsibility across satellite sites. Senior role combining clinical excellence with service leadership: oversee day-to-day MRI service operations, manage and develop radiography staff, organise workload and equipment maintenance, produce monthly/annual service performance reports, liaise with clinicians on referrals, and drive training and service development across Brighton and satellite sites. Perform a wide range of MRI scans autonomously (including in the absence of a radiologist) and maintain high standards of cross-sectional imaging. Requires BSc Diagnostic Radiography (or DCR equivalent), HCPC registration, cannulation qualification, management experience, and a full UK driving licence; UK-based role.
Required Qualifications
- BSc Diagnostic Radiography (or DCR equivalent) with current HCPC registration
- Significant post-qualification MRI experience with a strong cross-sectional imaging background
- Cannulation qualification
- Previous experience in a management or service leadership role
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential — multi-site role)
- Based in the UK (essential for consideration)
